  • In the same condition as received

Return Shipping Cost

For defective or incorrect items:
PawsLeash will cover the return shipping cost.

For customer preference/change of mind:
The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–8 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

We will provide a suitable solution, including:

Order Changes & Cancellations

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after shipment.
